Booking deposit
For all new customers, a £45 deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule. Less notice may be subject to a 70% cancellation charge.
Important information
- Ovens are cleaned using a dip-tank / soak method — no harsh fumes left behind.
- The final price may be adjusted if the oven's actual size or condition (heavy carbon build-up) differs from what was booked — we'll always agree this with you first.
