Booking deposit
For all new customers, a £45 deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule. Less notice may be subject to a 70% cancellation charge.

- Drying times vary by fabric and ventilation, typically a few hours for carpets and upholstery.
- The final price may be adjusted if the actual size, fabric or condition of items differs from what was booked — we'll always agree this with you first.
